My name is Carrie Wobker. I am a licensed massage therapist and co-owner of Simple Escape Massage Therapy. In January 2004, I earned my massage therapy certification from Professional Fitness Institute in Olathe, KS. My learning of the profession did not stop there. My massage technique still continues to change and improve as I work with many different people and take continuing education classes, such as Introduction to Thai Massage.

From February 2004 until February 2006, I worked at a massage studio in Lenexa, KS. I also worked as a massage therapist at a tennis and health club in 2005. Finally, in February 2006, I joined with Chassi Melte and opened Simple Escape Massage Therapy.

I have been a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals since February 2004. As a member, I am required to maintain ABMP Code of Ethics. Also as a member, I have access to great resources such as Massage and Bodywork magazine. Each magazine is filled with articles about massage techniques and different ailments that affect many different people.

I am very passionate about my career as a massage therapist. It has been amazing thus far to see the results of massage therapy with each and every client. I will continue to use my "healing" touch as long as life will let me.

My name is Chassi Melte, L.M.T. I'm co-owner of Simple Escape Massage Therapy along with my friend and colleague Carrie Wobker. Massage therapy interested me even before I understood the benefits it provides people mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

I received my training and certification from Professional Fitness Institute and spent the next year and a half working in a large fitness center. After leaving the gym, I went to a smaller and quieter location in Lenexa, KS. I feel lucky to have had the opportunities and experience I've gained thus far. While working in Lenexa I came across a space with too much potential to pass up. Carrie and I joined in February 2006 to open Simple Escape Massage Therapy. Our idea since before we started our training is being realized.

Since opening our location in Mission, KS., we have worked many long hours. Working on our facility to create an atmosphere in which out clients can relax and "escape" while they are there. We are also working in the community in an effort to get our name out there. We want you, your friends, family and associates to know where to find reliable, professional therapists who provide quality massage.

I enjoy my work and appreciate all my clients who supported me to this point. I look forward to future experiences and meeting new clients .
